5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, and documents created by Stacker Code during a project remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
After payment, ownership of agreed deliverables will transfer to the client.
Clients may not resell or reproduce Stacker Code’s materials without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stacker Code will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to that point.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
